Ideally located between Fribourg and Bulle, the village of Corpataux is part of the Gibloux commune and offers its residents a peaceful, green environment with basic amenities such as restaurants, a party/show hall and a kindergarten and elementary school.
Shops, post offices, banks and other amenities are located in the neighboring villages of Posieux, Farvagny, Rossens, Matran and Avry.
The Corpataux and Rossens schools welcome pupils from the villages of Corpataux, Magnedens and Rossens to attend cycles 1 & 2 (1H to 8H). After elementary school, youngsters continue their education at the Cycle d'Orientation du Gibloux.
